 Welcome!

 At V Light Composites , the mission is to custom build the very lightest composite farrier truck bodies. Composite shell designs are typically under 90 pounds! Combined with a light flatbed, shoeing rigs have a better "usefull load". That means you can carry more supplies,tools without overloading your rig. Less weight helps you get better horsepower to weight ratio, easer on brakes, suspensions, and better Gas Miliage!

 The photos on this site are all full size trucks, the lightest farrier truck body is on the blue '91 Dodge, 86 Lbs,
 cab high, 8' 8'' shell. Composite shell combined with an aluminum and steel flat bed proved to be lighter than original truck bed !

 Shells are gull winged, this provides great head room, even for the tallest of farriers, excelent natural lighting, and plenty of room for your shoeing supplies.
